About This Retreat

Self-regulation is the foundational skill of wellbeing — the ability to return to balance, clarity, and ease no matter what life brings. Yet it is rarely taught. This retreat fills that gap, offering a comprehensive toolkit for regulating your nervous system, emotions, and energetic field.

Over five to seven immersive days, Dr. Laura Watson guides you through the science and practice of self-regulation from multiple perspectives — somatic, energetic, emotional, and cognitive. You will develop a personalized set of tools that work for your unique system, and the embodied understanding to use them when it matters most.

The natural environment of El Valle de Antón is itself a powerful teacher. The clean mountain air, birdsong, mineral springs, and forest rhythms offer a living laboratory for nervous system regulation — a place where the body instinctively remembers how to settle.
