Dr. Laura Watson draws on over 18 years of clinical experience and her doctoral research in Psychoenergetic Neurocardiology to guide you through a deeply personalized journey. Whether you come for 3 days or stay for 2 weeks, the program adapts to your needs, your pace, and what your system most requires.

Week 1 Understanding Stress — The science of stress, HRV, and the nervous system. Baseline assessment and personal goal setting.
Week 2 Heart Coherence — HeartMath-inspired practices to synchronize heart and brain rhythms. Daily coherence training.
Week 3 Somatic Healing — Releasing stored stress from the body. Somatic awareness, breathwork, and nervous system regulation.
Week 4 Energetic Boundaries — Identifying energy drains. Learning to protect, restore, and replenish your energetic field.
Week 5 Emotional Alchemy — Transforming the emotions that fuel stress. EFT, energy healing, and emotional release practices.
Week 6 Integration & Future Self — Cementing new patterns. Creating your personal stress resilience plan and vision for your future.

After the Program

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I join online if I can’t travel to Panama?

Absolutely. The program is available fully online, in-person in El Valle, or as a hybrid. The online format is equally effective — all sessions are conducted live via video call with full support between sessions.

Is this suitable for severe burnout or anxiety?

Yes — this program is specifically designed for people experiencing high stress, burnout, anxiety, or chronic exhaustion. Dr. Laura works with each participant individually to calibrate the pace and practices to where you are.

How much time do I need each day?

Daily practices take 20–30 minutes. The weekly group session is approximately 90 minutes. We also include a brief weekly 1:1 check-in with Dr. Laura. The program is designed to fit into a full life — not add to your stress.

What results can I expect?

Participants typically report significantly improved sleep, reduced anxiety, better emotional regulation, increased energy, and a fundamentally different relationship with stress by week six. Results are cumulative — each week builds on the previous.
